Custom Orders 

Perhaps you have a vision or specific theme for your event, or maybe you just want something unique made as a keepsake. Custom work is an option for clients who know what they want or want something made but have no idea where to begin. We are happy to help by offering customizable items as well as completely custom designed hair adornment, jewelry, garters and other accessories, as well as banners and paper craft decor. Please contact us for more information and to get the design process started.

For completely custom designed, deluxe items start the custom process by contacting us to set up a meeting, either in person, or by email or phone. The designer will ask a series of questions to find out more about you, your style and what will work best for your needs. The more information the better! Feel free to bring pictures or materials to help illustrate what you do or don't want. Some clients have a specific idea and some need help putting the idea together, either way we can help. From that meeting a detailed estimate and contract will be sent to you.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit and contract to begin creating custom orders. Progress will be posted throughout the entire process. Whenever possible we will create a rough draft for you to approve before making things permanent. Some clients choose to be surprised and enjoy the excitement of waiting to see the finished product. If you have preferences either way we are happy to accommodate them. We strive to cultivate a trusting relationship with our clients and are highly invested in creating the the best experience we can.

Please note that we do not replicate other designs. Custom work is made from a creative process, specifically tailored to each client and every item is one of a kind. The time frame is generally 3-6 weeks depending on the order size. Rush orders are available with an additional fee. Turn around time and any fees will be discussed before payment is made. Custom Design & Planning

Avec Amour has partnered with Heather from An Inspired Affair to offer customized event planning and design. Emily is thrilled to offer exclusive custom design services to clients of An Inspired Affair. Services include complete theme design and decor in collaboration with event planner, space design and customization such as a photo lounge or candy bar, bride and bridal party accessory design, floral bling, graphic design and signage, photobooth props & guest books, favors, paper craft, personal shopping services, and more. We can help you find a way to incorporate untraditional or offbeat ideas, or to add meaningful touches such as acknowledging heritage or identity, remembering loved ones or even special interests, dates or private jokes. 

Custom design planning includes brainstorming unique solutions with our clients and An Inspired Affair. Emily will meet with you for a consultation and provide cost estimates as well as updates throughout the design process. We are also available to research, provide ideas and resources for items that we don't make, such as items for hospitality baskets or welcome bags.
