Ready to wear products can be purchased from our etsy store at any time. Orders generally ship out within 1 week of purchase and are shipped by priority mail with tracking unless otherwise noted. Made to order and custom items will have a longer turnaround time which will be noted. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit.
Products will be mailed or delivered upon receipt of payment in full. If you need your item by a specific date please contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive by your requested date unless you contact us prior to purchase. We will always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

In person transactions can be completed by cash, check or major credit card. For online purchases Etsy.com gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
You are not required to have a PayPal account to use it to check out as long as you have a major credit card.
We ship by priority mail. All shipments include tracking. The tracking number will be provided upon shipment. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, we recommend it! You may select to add shipping insurance at checkout. We will not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping. Please ensure that you list a secure shipping address. Express shipping can be available on request for an additional fee.
Local orders can be delivered in person in Ashland/Medford area. Please let us know if you prefer this option. At this time we do not ship internationally.
refunds & exchanges
We do our best to post photos clearly showing our products as well as detailed descriptions and measurements. Please choose your items carefully and purchase shipping insurance if desired as there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. If you are unsure if the piece will work for your event please do not purchase. If you have questions prior to purchasing we are happy to chat with you. Due to the one of a kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns for shipping damage, lost packages, change of mind or for purchases of incorrect sizing. Items that are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for return.
If we are unable to produce the items, a full refund will be issued. No refund or price adjustment will be done if there is a change in price after the order is placed. If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If we determine the damage is not due to shipping or misuse we will repair or replace at our discretion. After 48 hours of receipt, any damages will fully be the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom orders are made to your specifications and as a result we do not accept cancellations, exchanges or returns of orders or deposits.
Customizable items are available in the etsy.com store. These include a variety of accessories and decor.
Do to the one of kind and handmade nature of custom work there are no refunds, exchanges or returns of any kind. Etsy.com orders must be paid in full at order. Custom design orders require a non-refundable deposit and will be delivered upon receipt of remaining bill.
We do our best to always deliver orders as soon as possible without compromising quality. We accept rush orders for an additional $30 or 20% of the total, whichever is higher plus any rush shipping fees for special order materials. Normal turnaround not including shipping is 3-7 weeks depending on order size unless otherwise noted. Rush orders would be completed faster than normal turnaround time and depending on materials required and order size. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to making a rush order so we can ensure that we can meet your deadline. Some special order materials can take several weeks and may not be available. If you do not contact us to arrange for a rush order prior to purchase we cannot guarantee that your item will arrive by your requested date.

How can I track my package?
After the turnaround time has passed, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that we have completed and shipped your order. This email will include the tracking information. This will be sent to the email address entered when entering payment information. You may use this tracking number at usps.com unless a different courier has been arranged.
If you have made an order you agree that you've familiarized yourself with shop policies, all listing terms, and agree to be bound by all terms set therein.
